WHAT WE DO

The RCCG CRA Sheldon Birmingham aka the Restoration Centre for All Nations is a Levitical city and city of refuge for everyone. The implication of this is that we are a holy nation and a praying church. The following are some of the principles the church operate by:

A UNIQUE VISIONARY IDENTITY God took us as he found us--broken bodied refugees from various religious systems---and began to shape us into His own image. Many people have chosen to opt out of the religious system because they felt they couldn’t live up to the standards ‘‘the church’’ set for them. Other have been battered and burned by well meaning, but harsh, treatment. Cultural differences have made it difficult for others to relate to the ‘’traditional’’ church. Many of these religious refugees are finding us by the Spirit of God.

We have a vision as being “a forgiveness centre, and not a guilt centre, a city of refuge, where many who had been injured by the organizational machineries and other religious groups could gather together and be healed this is why we are called “the Restoration Centre for All Nations” RCfN. SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE We are that special place of worship that offers something for everyone.

This influences the style of our worship, preaching, and music exhibited. You are permitted to perceive us like what a number of social observers have suggested the mega churches resemble: a shopping malls in their wide array of consumer-driven ministerial offerings but RCCG CRA Sheldon Birmingham is a Spirit-led consumer-driven ministerial offerings. Almost all of our worship experiences are deep and intimate to the Spirit, with an extensive congregational singing, and our sermons are inspirational, motivational, and well-delivered.

The message empowers members with the challenge that everyone has choices, but that they are also responsible for what they choose. The pivot of our message, “You can be the change’’, “You can do it”, ’’ You can make a change, and make a difference.” Our bible study or sermons are almost always powerful, practical, down to earth, and relevant. We recognize we must answer the questions people are actually asking. We seek to deal with today’s issues in a practical, Biblical manner–a manner that will make a difference in the way people actually live.

We have purposed in our heart to be the place where people can come to hear God’s word explained in a practical and relevant manner. We will never preach a sermon that couldn’t be used by people in their everyday lives. Thank you for chosen to be part of the celebration of what God is doing in our midst despite your overwhelming load of schedules. We are not taking this good gesture of yours lightly, may the Lord reward you abundantly. Please relax and join us to build up a holy spiritual house of praise and thanksgiving to the Almighty God in this unusual gathering of Dwelling in the Supernatural.

GLORIOUS MOMENTS

THE ENTRANCE OF HIS WORD GIVES LIGHT

I want to use this medium brethren to appreciate the goodness of God in my life and that of my family. My testimony goes like this: I was privileged to attend one of Pastor Kenny’s Sunday school classes sometimes 2015 at RCCG Erdington. The topic for that glorious Sunday was “Divine Health”.

At first he analysed the different ways sicknesses and diseases can attack the human body. He taught us in that class that God has not created us with sickness. He gave us 3 John 1:2 which says “Beloved, I wish above all things that though mayest pros- per and be in good health, even as thy soul prospers”.

He gave other bible pas- sages which taught about divine health. At the end of the class, he said that God is the manufacturer of our body and has all the spare parts of our body, that we should ask Him for healing because he has the power to heal, repair, restore and regenerate any part of the body that is not working well. Towards the end of that 2015, I received a call from my GP asking me to report at surgery immediately because they find out that something was wrong with my health. When I got there my GP asked me series of questions concerning my health, my immediate and extended families as well.

He went on to say right now they want to start treatment for me and the treatment is forever, immediately I remembered the lesson on Divine Health by Pastor Kenny. I told doctor you may be right in your find- ings but all of these you’ve mentioned do not exist in family history and I can’t feel any of these illnesses you’ve mentioned in my body. I rejected the evil report again and again before the doctors and nurses.

They asked me to go and come back in three months time for another test. I got home and continued my prayers call- ing on God to repair restore and regener- ate any parts of my body according to His will. I persisted in my prayers. January 2016 completed 3 months I was told to come to see GP for another test. They did the test and said every parts of my body is functioning well according to God’s plan and purpose. They asked with every curiosity, what I have done to re- verse the irreversible. I told them my story and they asked me to go and continue in my prayer. WHAT A RESTORATION CENTRE

What a Restoration Centre, The LORD is here! I want to thank God for the salvation of my soul and for his mercy over me and my daughter. When I joined the church in April 2016, I have lost practically every- thing and I mean everything. At night after my first bible study with church, I saw the wicked coming to me in a dream, challenging and threatening me never to go that church or attend their meeting again and I was frighten but the pastor and his wife prayed with me and we usually meet together for prayer.

Even friends suggested to me to change Glorious Moments And he did not permit him but said to him, “Go home to your friends and tell them how much the Lord has done for you, and how he has had mercy on you.” Mark 5:19 ESV “Beloved, I wish above all things that though mayest prosper and be in good health, even as thy soul prospers”.

1st Year Anniversary | 8 my faith so that I can get help from government but I did not yield to their advice but kept on with faith in Christ. One day, I was disturbed by the long wait and slow intervention from God and Pastor Mrs Bolaji counselled and prayed with me.

The day same I got a letter from government that my letter for ac- commodation has been successful and few days later, another let- ter came from of an organisation that they supply brand items to furnish my accommodation, the Lord Jesus Christ restored all. IT REAKKY MEANS A LOT MESSAGE EXTRACT FROM ALLAN IT REALLY MEANS A LOT! To: Pastor Kenny and the mar- vellous congregation of the RCCG CRA Sheldon Birmingham meet- ing at the IVY LEAF. “To have received such a marvel- lous card full of kind thoughts and messages regarding my recent ill health. Thanks to the Power up above I have had the operation and I am recovering well and last night was told the cancer had been exercised. May God bless us all with good health. ” ‘Thank you all.’

Hip Hip Hip Hurray! Congratulations to our parents in the Lord, Pastor and Pastor Mrs Ibrahim, the entire family of God - the Church!

! Let me start by thanking the Almighty God, our creator and our maker for this wonderful love that we are sharing today as we look back on the journey that was started by the Lord 10 years ago!. When the stone of RCCG CRA ERDINGTON foundation was laid, nobody knew where we shall be today except the Lord Jesus Christ Himself. We want to thank Him that after much labor in His vineyard and with His help,we are here celebrating His love together, let us congratulate everyone who allowed the Lord to use him/her in making sure kingdom work is progressing here. A very hearty greetings and congratulations from the entire church of RCCG CRA SHELDON BIRMINGHAM and my family.

RCCG CRA SHELDON BIRMINGHAM, the Restoration Centre for ALL NATIONS… express our profound gratitude firstly to the Trinity for building us thus far. We are grateful for the supports and prayers of our senior pastors: Pastor and Pastor Mrs. Ibrahim and the entire ministers, workers and congregation at RCCG CRA Erdington Birmingham for the past one year. Our sincere thanks to our Provincial Pastor; Pastor Ranti Oyewale, Zonal Pastor; Pastor Mrs Eniiwaju Etomi, Area Pastors; Pastor and Pastor Mrs. Olaitan and Assist. Area Pastors; Pastor and Pastor Mrs Ojutalayo, Rev John Ibidokun and his church, Newbridge Baptist Church and all other pastors and ministers of the gospel in attendance.

Our special appreciation to our special Guest Minister from Nigeria, Rev Henry Obialor for coming to be a blessing to us despite many of his National and Regional assignments. A resounding thank you to all our partners, friends and well wishers; spiritual and corporate for your prayers and supports and assistance for the past one year. To the guest choirs, guest psalmists, the Hosts – Restoration Centre Children and Restoration Centre Singers, all Restoration Centre for All Nations members and the Church Board of Trustee for your steadfast love, giving and service in the threshing field of LORD.
